A residential boiler and water heater, out in four hours
Denver metro · single-family home · 2026
The smallest job on this page and the most common one on the Front Range. A homeowner needed the old boiler and water heater gone before the new system went in. Two of us, one morning.
The job
What we walked into
Old residential equipment lives in the corner nobody designed for removal: a boiler wedged behind pipe, a water heater against the wall, a path out through the house. The homeowner's installer was scheduled right behind us.
The approach
How it went
- Homeowner's plumber shut off and capped gas and water ahead of us.
- Floor protection down through the path out; boiler sectioned in place so nothing heavy had to be carried whole.
- Water heater drained and walked out on a hand truck; boiler pieces and piping loaded into the truck.
- Corner swept and photographed for the installer.
The result
Handed back
Both units out in about four hours with the corner clean for the new install. The scrap value was already in the price.
“Thanks so much! Appreciate the good work you guys, and last minute! You are awesome!”

What the client got
The closeout
Scope-of-work completion verification, a captioned photo record by work area, recovery documentation where refrigerant was involved, and a certification of completion signed by both managing members. Delivered with the final invoice.
Boilers. Chillers. Mechanical systems.
We make them disappear.
A range in about a minute, or a site walk and a written proposal within 48 hours. Either way you're talking to an owner.
