For mechanical and HVAC contractors
We clear the room so your installers install
Every hour your installers spend cutting out the old plant is an hour they are not installing the new one. We take the demo off your plate, cut where you tell us, and hand you a clean pad on the day you need it.
What you get
Built for the way you work
Your termination points
You mark them at the walk, we write them into the proposal, we cut there and stop. No capping, no reconnecting, no surprises for your pipefitters.
Refrigerant handled
Recovered under EPA 608 by our certified tech or a certified partner, documented either way, before anything is opened.
New equipment on the pad
If it is on site when we finish, we rig it onto the cleared pad as placement only. Your crew pipes, wires and starts it.
Readiness confirmed twice
A week out and again a day or two before start, so nobody drives out to a room that isn't ready.
Phone ranges for regulars
Established customers and small jobs can get a range by phone. The proposal comes after the walk.
Scrap credited up front
The estimated scrap value is built into the proposal price before the job starts, never a rebate afterward. If your customer keeps the metal, tell us before we bid and the price adjusts up front.
How it goes
Start to closeout
- Call or email photos of the plant and the path out.
- Walk it together and mark the termination points.
- Proposal within 48 hours; COI and W-9 within a business day of acceptance.
- Your trades isolate; we confirm readiness.
- Old plant out, pad clean, new unit set if it is on site.
“You guys are the best I've ever seen. You did with three guys what would have taken me seven, in half the time, and finished on time without incident.”
Questions we get
Straight answers
Can you work while our crew is on site?
Yes, and we usually do. We sequence with your foreman so the demo stays ahead of the install and out of its way.
Do you drain the system?
Not unless it is written into scope. Draining and isolation are on the client side of the line by default, but we can include glycol catch and handling when you want one less thing to schedule.
How fast can you turn a boiler room?
With good access, a 17-section cast iron boiler with its piping has been a one-day job for us. Two large firetubes with tanks and piping ran three days on a recent school. Access, size and what is connected set the timeframe; tell us the install date and we will build backward from it.
Boilers. Chillers. Mechanical systems.
We make them disappear.
A range in about a minute, or a site walk and a written proposal within 48 hours. Either way you're talking to an owner.
