For general contractors: Boiler & Chiller Killers on the job

For general contractors

A demolition sub that shows up documented

You need the mechanical room empty on the day the schedule says, with the paperwork your owner will ask for, and without your own crew pulled off their work to do it. That is the job we are built for.

What you get

Built for the way you work

An owner on your site

A BCK principal provides working field supervision whenever field operations are underway. It is in our contract, so it is in yours.

Paperwork that keeps up

Certificate of insurance, W-9 and additional-insured endorsements within one business day of acceptance. A one-page capability statement for your prequal packet, and Procore, BuildingConnected and vendor portals filled out without chasing.

Scope you can hold us to

Termination points, protection, haul-away and cleanup written into the proposal. Difficult conditions are priced in; change orders are only for scope you add.

Coordination, not friction

We sequence around abatement, work in freight windows, protect finishes and leave each area broom-clean daily. Your other trades never wait on us.

A closeout your owner can file

Scope verification, captioned before-and-after record by area, recovery documentation when refrigerant was involved, certification signed by both owners.

A number when a sub falls through

Same-day and next-day mobilization is real. Three days of scope in one working day has happened more than once.

How it goes

Start to closeout

  1. Send the bid request or the plans with the project name in the subject line.
  2. An owner calls within 48 hours to schedule the walk.
  3. Written proposal within 48 hours of the walk, valid 30 days.
  4. Onboarding documents within a business day of acceptance.
  5. Mobilize, execute, close out with the package.

“I don't know how you guys do it, but it's incredible. Thank you for busting ass and giving us room on our timeline.”

Questions we get

Straight answers

Are you bonded?

Bonding is on our roadmap for larger institutional and government work. If the project requires it, tell us at bid time so we can discuss options before either of us spends time on a number.

Prevailing wage and certified payroll?

Tell us in the bid request. We price prevailing-wage work accordingly and are building the payroll structure that certified-payroll projects require.

Will you carry our additional-insured and waiver requirements?

Yes. Blanket additional insured, primary wording and waiver of subrogation are available per written contract on the GL, auto and umbrella.

Boilers. Chillers. Mechanical systems.
We make them disappear.

A range in about a minute, or a site walk and a written proposal within 48 hours. Either way you're talking to an owner.
