For homeowners
Old boiler out. Room clean. Usually one day.
Your HVAC company wants the old boiler gone before they install the new one, or the house is being renovated and the basement has a cast iron monster in it. We come get it, in pieces, and sweep the floor on the way out.
What you get
Built for the way you work
A range before anyone comes out
Use the instant estimate or send photos. Small jobs can be ranged by phone; the price is confirmed at the walk.
Usually one day
A residential boiler or water heater is a one-day job for a crew that does this every week. Old cast iron comes out section by section, up the stairs, into the truck.
Cleaner than we found it
Floor protection down, the room swept, and nothing left behind. That is not an upgrade.
Insured, and it matters
Full liability, workers' comp and auto. If a neighbor's kid is hauling out your boiler and gets hurt, that is your problem. If we do, it is ours.
Scrap already counted
The metal has value and its estimated value is credited into your price before the job starts. You do not have to haggle with a scrapyard.
Pay when it is done
Residential jobs are paid on completion after you have looked at the room. Check or ACH.
How it goes
Start to closeout
- Get a range with the instant estimate, or text photos to (303) 641-1012.
- Your plumber or electrician disconnects and caps gas, water and electrical. We can recommend someone.
- We confirm the day before, show up, take it apart, haul it, sweep.
- You look at the room, we settle up.
“Thanks so much! Appreciate the good work you guys, and last minute! You are awesome!”
Questions we get
Straight answers
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and be reachable by phone. You are welcome to watch; most people go to work.
Can you install the new one?
No. Installation is your HVAC or plumbing company's work, and it needs to be. We remove the old one and, if the new one is on site, we can set it on the pad for them.
Could there be asbestos?
On old boilers, especially pre-1980s, yes: insulation, gaskets, pipe wrap. If it is there or looks like it might be, a licensed abatement contractor removes it first and then we take the boiler. We will tell you what we see at the walk.
Boilers. Chillers. Mechanical systems.
We make them disappear.
A range in about a minute, or a site walk and a written proposal within 48 hours. Either way you're talking to an owner.
